How extensive is your delivery area?
We deliver across all cities in Los Angeles County and extend our services to Orange County, San Bernardino County, and even locations like Palm Springs and Las Vegas.
Is will-call pickup available for rentals?
Yes, you can pick up select items directly from our warehouse. Please contact us to see if the items you need are available for will-call pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event get a full refund. Between 60 and 7 days before the event, the deposit turns into a credit for future use. Cancellations within 7 days of the event result in a lost deposit.
What happens if rental items are damaged?
We charge a repair or replacement fee for any damages or losses incurred while the items are in your possession. This ensures each client is responsible for the items they rent.
